Our Vision is to build a prosperous & inclusive society by tackling the issue of widespread unemployment, which is closely tied to both poverty and gender disparities. Our Vision is linked to advancing the National Development Plan (NDP) in South Africa, and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).​

Our Mission is to develop technologies that assist in addressing social challenges, with a strong focus on promoting inclusion, empowering women, and reducing youth unemployment.

Our goals are to make learning more engaging through personalized AI tools, increase accessibility for remote areas, foster collaborative learning, develop essential 21st-century skills, and support teachers by automating administrative tasks to allow more focus on teaching.
Women Employment
We aim to create a world where women and girls are free from abuse, oppression, and exploitation. By equipping them with essential digital skills through comprehensive technology training, we empower them to thrive in the digital era. This not only protects them from harm but also opens new opportunities for growth.
Youth Unemployment
We leverage advance technologies to enhance every stage of the employment process. This includes comprehensive training programs, accessibility, hands-on work experience, personalized mentorship, and efficient job opportunity linking. By integrating these elements, we ensure that individuals are well-prepared and connected to the right opportunities.
Entrepreneurship Empowerment
We equip our entrepreneurs with the knowledge, resources, and connections they need to build and expand sustainable businesses. Our dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem fosters innovation, fuels economic growth, and drives meaningful social impact. With over 1 400 experienced business mentors through our partners, startups gain invaluable support and insights to succeed.

Female Tech Programme
Our Female Tech Programme aims to empower unemployed women in rural areas by equipping them with advanced digital skills, enabling them to seize these opportunities.

The Programme's Mission is to assist in addressing key barriers that prevent much of the youth from acquiring employment or from becoming self-employed, such as cost of education, lack of high demand skills, work experience, mentorship, work readiness, high data costs and transportation costs.

This programme strives to empower, champion and support youth from underrepresented groups, to succeed through work opportunities that will assist them in becoming economically active and to build sustainable livelihoods for themselves, their families, and their communities.
